What we collect
We collect the email you subscribe with, the details you enter in an enquiry or order form, and the items in your order. Cart contents stay in your browser until you clear them.
How it is used
Order and enquiry data are used to answer you, ship your order and keep a record of the transaction. Subscription email is used only for occasional letters about new scents; every letter has a one-click unsubscribe.
Payment and data
This site does not process card payments and never asks for card numbers. Payment is completed in our Ozon shop under Ozon's own terms and privacy policy.
Orders, returns and trademarks
An order becomes binding when we confirm it by email. Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sky Elves, the wordmark and the illustration system are registered French trademarks; no part may be reused without written permission.
